Who can apply as a mentor?

When do paid sessions begin?
We're onboarding founding mentors first. Matching begins as mentee demand is released in batches. Early mentors get priority placement once matching opens.
How are mentees screened?
Mentees describe their goals and pay upfront before a session is confirmed. We match based on topic fit, and you can accept or decline any request.
How much can I earn?
You set your rate. Typical mentors charge $80–200/hour. You keep 80% of every session. Payments are processed automatically.
How much time does it take?
As little as 1 hour per month. You set your own availability and can pause anytime.
