Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly when you sign up or use our platform:

• Name and email address
• Artist profile information (exhibition history, CV, portfolio links)
• Session preferences and mentoring topics
• Payment-related data (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, device type, and referring URLs, via analytics tools (see Third-Party Services below).

• To create and display your mentor profile
• To match mentors with mentees
• To process payments and send confirmations
• To send platform notifications and updates
• To improve the platform using aggregated analytics
• To generate AI-assisted profile drafts (with your consent)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure, hosted on AWS.
• Anthropic — AI processing for profile generation. Data submitted for extraction is sent to Anthropic's API.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — Usage analytics. Only loaded with your consent.
• Meta Pixel — Advertising analytics. Only loaded with your consent.
• Vercel Analytics — Anonymous performance monitoring. No personal data collected.
• Firecrawl — Web scraping service used to extract profile data from URLs you provide.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Analytics (Google Analytics) — only with your consent
• Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) — only with your consent
• Storing your cookie consent preference in localStorage

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. Vercel Analytics runs without cookies and without your personal data.

When you submit URLs or a CV during mentor onboarding, that content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a draft profile. You will always review and approve the generated content before it is published. We do not use your content to train AI models.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of data sale (we do not sell data)
• Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EU residents)
